Jun 30, Jenna rated it it was ok Recommends it for: A Nightshade Novel Calla has always welcomed war. Their love has always seemed genuine, and that bloodrosw is enforced in Bloodrose. Wow, what a way to end a series But not as much. This book made me cry for probably about an hour, and not necessarily happy tears.

The love nigytshade between Ren, Shay, and Calla is still going strong, and since this is the final book, we know that Calla will have to choose one of them, but it is never really clear who Calla will pick.

And not one you’re going to forget two days later!

It was a bloodroes before I could shake my ruff, sending the past scurrying as I tried to focus on the present. The body count includes a few key characters, and one death in particular will upset many fans. It was too easy to imagine meals there. Kristie Lowry, Promotions Manager. Just want to scream and forget what I just read.

I set my mind that it was going to sit on my shelf, looking pretty nighthsade next to the other two and beyond that, never get touched.

But it’s not gonna change the gut wrenching crap ending that this was. Calla stopped whining about boys and focused on the upcoming war.

I couldn’t decide whether its a one star or a five star rating. I love all the secondary characters searchers and guardians and you can’t help but want them to survive.

Bloodrose: A Nightshade Novel

Bloodrosw Baccellia, Staff Reviewer. You all know I adored Nightshade, and while I felt Wolfsbane was a bit lacking gah, it kills me to say thatI could not wait for Bloodrose, the final installment in the Nightshade trilogy. Why i think Calla and Ren should be together! She cares for him in an entirely good way.

The only way I would have liked it, is if Ren had not died, and Shay had to stay human.

Bloodrose: Nightshade, Book 3 Book Review

That should not be over looked simply because my favorite character was ax’d. But now that the final battle is upon her, there’s more at stake than fighting. I love that Andrea never lets the characters get what they want easily, they always have to fight for it, and sometimes they need to make sacrifices. I’m not going to lie.

And I did find myself crying a bit at the losses they suffered in the final battle. Feb 17, Lisa Desrochers rated it it was amazing.

Parent of a 7, 9, and 14 bloodrowe old Written by panamamama January 23, Ren gets a little possessive over Calla a few times, but it’s not totally obnoxious and I found it to be fine.

For Your Family Log in Sign me up. Because of this, I am rating Bloodrose 2 stars. I thought I had never read anything so wonderful and breathtaking and perfect in my entire life. How could you love that hypocritical bitch? I think Bloodrose was a fantastic ending to a wonderful series and I can’t wait for the prequel series to be released so I can jump back in to the world of Guardians, Keepers and Searchers! Oh yeah and another thing that bothered me, was how Calla mourned her mother’s death for all of about 2 seconds.

All I can say is Sign In Don’t have an account? It was obvious from the beginning, I suppose, but at least I had hope. So to add to my misery, Andrea made them lose there humanity to wolves. There’s one major plot twist in this novel that’s truly surprising unlike the love triangle resolution, which is predictable and will make some readers want to throw the book down.
