My problem is that I’m observing a large DC offset at the audio output, and the IC is getting very hot. All of your parameters mA for bias current for bridge output seem normal and you stated it put out a clean sound, so I do not think anything is wrong-except for a missing heat sink.

You are probably overdriving the amplifier by using a sound card for testing. First problem is that the amplifier won’t work on voltages above 3. If the IC is getting hot, well it needs to be mounted to a heat sink.

Put tda752 on a PCB. When I set input voltage to say mV, the output volume is really low, but there’s no interference.
