Firewire (1394a) Drivers That Actually Work in Windows 7 64bit with Sony DSR-11
Usually only a few measures long here and there. My take is that the PC audio industry is moving away from firewire and pretty much hanging their hats on USB for now, although some are trying to integrate Apples Thunderbolt technology.

Av/x get it workin Between Microsoft and Mackie, that’s really shoddy programming. I don’t know if this will help but it might present some information that could come in handy with any reverse-engineering of drivers to make the Onyx-i a supported mixer. It still doesn’t work I am using official Sony 4 pin cables I have two-both work fine Regardless of the drive installed on the Win 7 system, I get a tone acknowledging my DSR being powered up and powered off but nothing else.
